On January 15th, I (Sanaa) posted an announcement on IG about starting the 4-week #FitCurveChallenge and I had a few volunteers.  Meet Ashirah, who was willing to begin the #FitCurveChallenge with me and give it her all. She read the @fitdorks simple guide (available at www.ladydork.com/guides) and took those tools to help her during this journey. The guide was created to show how eating better is the key to getting a flat tummy. I was so pleased and happy to see her progression this morning. She lost weight and inches around her stomach with changing her eating habits in 4 weeks.

Before #FitCurveChallenge:

I want to learn better eating habits that I can maintain for the long-term. I'm trying to start a habit of consistently choosing better fuel for my body so that weight maintenance and destructive eating isn't an issue. I want my clothes to fit nicely and not to be self-conscious about my tummy issues. 

After #FitCurveChallenge:

I just wanted to say thank-you again for including me, and giving me the tools I needed to make a positive change in my diet and health. I am under 150lbs for the first time in years, and while not a huge weight loss it was so exciting to weigh myself this morning. Needless to say this "diet" is becoming a lifestyle for me, I plan to keep eating this way and add some exercise. I felt really good throughout the challenge emotionally and physically, I was just really happy to be feeding my body the right things, and not have post-meal guilt.
