Lately, you’ve seen posts about how @Fitdorks “Simple Guide to a Healthier You” has helped many feel good internally and externally. Well here’s another happy beauty Sheena Bauer whose health goal was to lose 15 Ibs, make better food choices and become more active. In 28 days, she lost 12 Ibs and feel more confident than ever and I love it! She joined the #FitCurveChallenge that was in the guide and here’s what she had to say about the challenge:

Reason why you want to start the #FitCurveChallenge:
Being in the alcohol industry, I’ve been surrounded by alcohol A LOT and drinking a lot has really caught up with me and has wreaked havoc on my body. I’m now 170lbs and this is the largest I’ve ever been. It has begun to affect my self-esteem and it sucks! Having 2 jobs (and starting my own business) really doesn’t allow me much time to focus on fitness. Granted my eating habits are very good, but I have a MAJOR weakness for sugar.
After #FitCurveChallenge review (how it made you feel physically, mentally and emotionally):
I am SO happy with how this challenge went! It definitely is a lifestyle change that I will stick with for the long haul. I feel so much better physically it's unbelievable. Granted I didn't work out as much as I would've liked to,but I'm very happy with everything. I really thought the lack of sugar and bread would be the death of me,but it was a lot easier to adjust to than I initially thought. I have more confidence in myself. I'm not hiding in the background because I'm ashamed anymore. I just have to thank you for creating this and pushing me to finally bite the bullet and focus on my health.
